Daughter’s House is a space for those who, like me, carry the title of “Daughter” into every corner of their lives. I’m the eldest daughter of an immigrant family first, but I’m also a designer, art director, and writer, making room for a life that feels like my own. Beyond the balance of honoring both my family and my individuality, I’m constantly uncovering new aspects of myself—exploring who I am, what I like, and what I’m capable of creating outside the roles I was given.

I launched my first newsletter, Between The B&W, in 2021 as a business tool for my design studio, but it quickly grew into something more personal. It became an outlet to explore the complexities of creativity and everyday life. A lot has changed since that first issue, and Daughter’s House was born somewhere along the way.

Through it all, my work remains rooted in what matters most to me: designing a life filled with curiosity, culture, and a celebration of the everyday.

What To Expect

The best way to describe this newsletter is “playful reflection,” with each issue offering something different to keep us both curious. Some weeks, we’ll dive into design concepts and trends; other times, I’ll share guides, recipes, hobbies I’m exploring, style updates, and even Zillow listings that have caught my eye.

Occasionally, you’ll find interviews with people whose perspectives challenge us to think in new ways, offering glimpses into their spaces, interests, and experiences.
